Cancelation Policy
At TULCO, we understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise. In order to accommodate our valued customers, we have established the following refund policy:

If you cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the start of your activity, you will be eligible for a 90% refund of your reservation total. Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.
In the event that the activity host cancels due to extreme weather, you will have the option to reschedule your activity for a future date at no additional cost, or receive a 90% refund of your reservation total.
If the host cancels your reservation for any other reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your reservation total, and the host will be penalized accordingly.
All refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of the date of cancellation.
